Alexander Henry fabric that is Pink with happy
little Halloween spiders. This Pink sparkle tulle
overskirt is adorned with Pink and Champaign Orange
Ribbons and pretty Pink satin roses.
Secures at neck and waist with velcro straps. Made with 100% Cotton (exclusive tulle and notions) Hand wash. Measuring Instructions:
Length: Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the
tail
Neck: Measure your dog's neck where the collar sits (all the way around)
Girth: Measure your dog's chest at the widest part (all the way around)
Brow to Base of Neck: Measure from the center of your dog's "eye brows"
around the top of the head down to the base of the neck
