Pet Steps

My Pet Haven is dedicated to providing affordable, well-made pet steps that your pet will love to use!

Our Pet Steps are made with traditional wood products. We do not use ANY type of particle board in the construction of our products. The sturdy posts are made from untreated 2x4's that are bolted together.

Steps are made from plywood, and screws - never nails - are used in the assembly process. Ranging in size from smaller 2 steps up to large dog stairs, we have a model that is just right for your pet. (made to order - Allow up to 12 business days for delivery)

Need help teaching your dog to use pet steps? Try this:
  • Place the Pet Step on a stable, non-slippery floor.
Be sure the Pet Steps are placed firmly against the object you would like your pet to climb.
  • Place a couple of your pets favorite treats on the bottom step of the Pet Steps. Allow your pet to take the treats off the step.
  • When your pet is comfortable taking the treats off the bottom step, place a couple more treats on the second step. Again, allow the pet to take the treats off the step and become comfortable stepping onto the bottom step.
  • Continue to place treats on each step, and then onto the bed or sofa, until your pet walks up the steps confidently. These simple techniques will reward your pet in a positive manner and make him/her very comfortable using the Pet Steps. You can also use these same techniques to train your dog to go down the steps. Simply do the exercise in reverse order. Be sure to lavish praise on your pet when he/she uses the Pet Steps correctly.
