Rules for our Drop Ship Program:

 

NOTICE: We require that at least 20 of our products are up for sale on your site within 30 days, otherwise we will cancel your account. If you need more time due to illness or other reason, you must contact us before the 30 day time limit.

 

1. You MUST have a valid URL address and an established online store. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. You MUST have a legal entity - Sellers Permit Number is required and validated.

3. It is against our policy to sell our merchandise on EBay or any other auction based websites.

4. It is against our policy to copy and paste any of our images into your web pages. To use our images, you must right click and "save" to a file on your own computer. All information - images, etc. is covered by copyright law. Only those with valid drop ship accounts are given permission to our images and / or descriptions. NOTE: Do Not use our descriptions word for word!

5. If a customer wants to just "return" an item to you, it is just that: Returned to YOU and YOUR company. Whatever YOUR policy is on returns is how you would handle it, and then you own the merchandise from that point forward. Because of health issues and "most" customers being concerned with the health of their pet, we do not EVER ship used items, or returned items. We feel that the customers prefer the confidence of knowing that no other pet has used the item. We cannot accept items back once they are shipped from our warehouse. If an item is indeed defective, we will replace it upon receiving the defective item back to us. ALL defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. How you handle the shipping, returns and exchanges is between you and your customer.
 

6. SALE ITEMS - Discounts do NOT apply to our sales section.

 

7. We do not drop ship pet food, pet treats, dog houses or any items contained in the dog house section of the site (pet cool, mats, etc).

 

8. We cannot ship large or heavy items overseas unless credit card information is given on our drop ship application form (below). Items that absolutely cannot be shipped overseas are pet memorial items including headstones and caskets, wooden pet beds or any other very large or heavy items. Pet beds can be shipped, but only if they are soft style beds. Questions? Feel free to contact us anytime.
