You will need a flexible measuring tape.
Measure around neck, chest and waist.
And from nape of neck to base of tail.

Size chart:

 
X-Tiny Fits approx. 1 pound and under

X-Small Fits approx. 3-8 pounds
 
Small Fits approx. 7-11 pounds
 
Medium Fits approx. 10 to 31 pounds

Large Fits approx. 30 to 46 lbs.
 
X-Large Fits approx. 47-71 pounds
