Thank you for the update. I wanted you to know that I have ordered from other on-line stores and have not received as GREAT of service as I have so far with My Pet Haven. Some items I have ordered from other sites I had to email and call several times after 1 1/2 weeks to see where my order was or just to get a confirmation. I do understand with mail / shipping and possible backorder situations that things get delayed but not to know causes some worry. Your correspondence is VERY appreciated although I know it takes extra time on your part. Thank you! As a customer I thought you should know how important even just the initial response to an on-line order is. Unfortunately you are paying such high prices for terrible quality. There are buttons loose, or seems ripped, etc. Lola really loves them. I put them on her last night and she was warm and happy as a little clam. I'm really looking forward to see the other things I ordered. I will be ordering from you a lot. I have 2 dogs. Dear Dawn, Thank you so much for the cookies and ducky for Nemo. He had surgery on his eyes this week and hasn't done much nor eaten well, so returning home to Houston today he really enjoyed the treats. And we LOVED the pet stroller! We had to take it out on a test spin in the neighborhood even though it was dark out already. I can't wait for it to warm up in NYC so we can take him on our favorite walk over the Brooklyn Bridge and out to the promenade. Now he truly can go "everywhere" that we do. We first saw a pet stroller being used out on the South Seaport wharf. Dogs are not allowed on the wooden planks of the wharf but they are if they're in a stroller. The item was a Halloween item and I was sure I would not get it in time, and therefore, I was very unhappy. I was VERY pleased to see the package in my mailbox on Halloween morning! I love your site and merchandise for many reasons. You have the designer type clothing which of course is more expensive but then you have the normal every day T-shirts and sweat shirts at a more affordable price when you are a nut like me that dresses her two dogs everyday with a different shirt, buying a week worth of designer items for two dogs all at once can really run up a bill. I think the products are very high quality - much better than what one can find in their local "mega pet supply store".
